Thank you for visiting ReadyRupee. This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the website readyrupee.com (the "Website"), the ReadyRupee mobile application, and the products and services offered through them. Please read it carefully — it exists for the protection of both you and us.

This Agreement includes and incorporates by reference the policies referenced below, including our Privacy Policy, Fair Practices Code, Interest Rate Policy, KYC & AML Policy and Grievance Redressal Policy. ReadyRupee reserves the right to change or revise the terms of this Agreement at any time by posting the changes or a revised Agreement on this Website. Your use of the Website following such posting constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

1. About ReadyRupee

ReadyRupee is a digital lending platform and lending service provider ("LSP"). Loans offered through the Website are provided by our RBI-registered NBFC partner, Jacaranda Capital Limited (the "Lender"). ReadyRupee facilitates your loan application, but the credit decision, sanction, disbursal and collection of any loan rest with the Lender under your loan agreement and Key Fact Statement ("KFS") with the Lender.

2. Eligibility and Your Declarations

By using the Website and applying for a loan, you declare and confirm that:

1. You are an Indian national and resident, aged between 21 and 58 years;
2. You are applying for yourself and not on behalf of any other person;
3. All information and documents you provide are true, accurate, complete and not misleading;
4. You agree to complete KYC verification as required under applicable law and our KYC & AML Policy, including verification of your PAN and Aadhaar;
5. You have read and agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

3. Consent to Communications

By submitting your mobile number and verifying it via OTP, you consent to receiving communications — including but not limited to SMS, e-mails, phone calls, WhatsApp and RCS messages — from ReadyRupee and/or the Lender in connection with your application, your loan, repayment reminders, and related products and services. You agree that this consent overrides any registration for DNC/NDNC. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by writing to support@readyrupee.com; service and transactional communications will continue for the duration of any active loan.

4. Credit Information and Bureau Consent

In connection with your loan application, you hereby acknowledge and agree that:

1. You authorize ReadyRupee and the Lender to make one or more credit enquiries about you with Credit Information Companies ("CICs") authorised by the RBI, including CIBIL (TransUnion), Experian, Equifax and CRIF High Mark;
2. You appoint ReadyRupee as your lawful agent to obtain your credit information and credit score from such CICs solely for the purpose of processing your loan application and servicing your loan, and not for any other purpose;
3. This consent remains valid for a maximum period of six (6) months, or until the credit information is no longer required for the stated purpose, or until you withdraw your consent by writing to us at our registered office or support e-mail, whichever is earlier;
4. You authorize ReadyRupee to share your personal details with CICs to procure your credit information for the stated purpose;
5. You confirm this consent is given of your own free will;
6. You agree not to hold any CIC responsible or liable for any loss, claim or damage arising from the delivery of your credit information to ReadyRupee or the Lender, or its authorised use as described here;
7. Repayment behaviour on your loan may be reported to CICs by the Lender, and defaults can adversely affect your credit score.

5. Products and Terms of Offer

The Website offers access to short-term personal loans from ₹10,000 to ₹1,00,000 for tenures of 7 days to 12 months. Loan amounts, interest rates, processing fees and other charges are determined by the Lender based on your credit profile and are disclosed upfront in your KFS and loan agreement before you accept the loan. Submission of an application does not guarantee sanction; the Lender may approve, modify or decline any application at its discretion. Any indicative figures shown on the Website (including the loan calculator) are illustrative only and do not constitute an offer.

Customer Solicitation

Unless you notify our representatives of your desire to opt out of further direct communications and solicitations, you agree to continue to receive e-mails and calls from ReadyRupee and its designated in-house or third-party teams.

6. Use of the Website

You agree that you will not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, and that you will:

1. Abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, including laws regarding intellectual property;
2. Not interfere with or disrupt the use and enjoyment of the Website by other users;
3. Not resell material from the Website;
4. Not engage, directly or indirectly, in the transmission of spam, chain letters, junk mail or any other unsolicited communication;
5. Not defame, harass, abuse or disrupt other users of the Website;
6. Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems, or impersonate any other person.

7. Intellectual Property and License

ReadyRupee holds proprietary rights in the Website and the products and services offered on it, including all trademarks, trade dress, layouts, text, images and other content. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute any part of the Website or its content without prior written authorisation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content and materials on the Website for your personal, non-commercial use.

By posting, storing or transmitting any content on the Website, you grant ReadyRupee a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and assignable licence to use, copy, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, provided solely for your convenience. ReadyRupee does not endorse the content of any third-party website and is not responsible for any damage that may result from your access to or reliance on them. If you follow such links, you do so at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Website and the products and services is at your sole risk. The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ReadyRupee expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the Website and its content. Any offers or benefits published on the Website are at the sole discretion of ReadyRupee and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyRupee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages in connection with this Agreement or the products and services, including liability resulting from: (1) the use of or inability to use the Website or services; (2) the cost of procuring substitute services; (3) any transactions entered into through the Website; or (4) any lost profits you allege. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a borrower under applicable RBI regulations or your rights under your loan agreement with the Lender.

11. Indemnification

You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless ReadyRupee and its shareholders, directors, employees, officers, contractors, agents, affiliates and assignees from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) of third parties relating to or arising out of: (1) your breach of this Agreement or of your representations under it; (2) your use of the Website or its content; (3) your use of the products and services; (4) any violation by you of any third-party right; or (5) any information or data you supplied to ReadyRupee. This provision survives termination of this Agreement.

12. Privacy

ReadyRupee believes strongly in protecting user privacy. Our collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

13. General

Force Majeure

ReadyRupee will not be deemed in default or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout or boycott.

Cessation of Operation

ReadyRupee may at any time, in its sole discretion, cease operation of the Website. Obligations under any subsisting loan agreement with the Lender remain unaffected.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and ReadyRupee regarding use of the Website and supersedes any prior agreements on the subject matter. It does not alter the terms of your loan agreement or KFS with the Lender.

Waiver and Severability

The failure of ReadyRupee to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Limitation Period

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Website or the services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

Termination

ReadyRupee reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website if it reasonably believes you have breached any of the terms of this Agreement. Termination of Website access does not extinguish your repayment obligations under any active loan.

Use Within India

ReadyRupee makes no representation that the Website or its services are appropriate or available for use outside India. Users who access the Website from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement. ReadyRupee may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement in its sole discretion.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising out of it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
